These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 11bad platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, payment functions, and account management features. By registering an account or using any part of the 11bad platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. 18+ Age Requirement — Strictly Enforced
The 11bad platform is accessible only to adults aged 18 years and above. Identity verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. Accounts determined to belong to players under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 11bad account. Duplicate accounts — whether operated by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension. Any bonuses or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts will be voided.
Deposits Are Processed Instantly
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the 11bad wallet in real time under normal conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 11bad does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your MFS provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
Bonus Terms Must Be Met Before Withdrawal
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits awarded to an 11bad account are subject to wagering requirements before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's terms at the time the offer is made. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus portion.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 11bad ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the 11bad website located at https://11bad.vip and any associated mobile-optimised versions, applications, or subdomains operated by 11bad.
Access to and use of the 11bad platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, claiming any bonus, and contacting customer support — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Amendments to These Terms
11bad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 11bad will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Language of the Agreement
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on 11bad, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You do not have an existing active or suspended account on 11bad under any other name, email address, phone number, or identity.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the 11bad platform or had your account permanently closed by 11bad for a breach of these Terms.
- You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of a mental health condition that would impair your ability to make informed gambling decisions.
Age Verification
11bad reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Before processing any withdrawal request, a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process must be completed. Acceptable documents for identity verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by an appropriate authority. 11bad may request additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — as part of an enhanced due diligence review.
Where 11bad has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made to the account during the period of suspected underage use may be refunded at 11bad's discretion after deducting any amounts wagered; however, any winnings generated during that period will be forfeited in full.
Jurisdictional Responsibility
11bad operates as an offshore platform. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 11bad makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services offered by 11bad — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Account registration is free of charge.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (used for SMS OTP two-factor authentication), and preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT). You must promptly update this information if any details change after registration.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration — including falsifying your date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age restriction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 11bad will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a request for your password purportedly from 11bad, treat it as a fraudulent phishing attempt and report it immediately to [email protected].
You must notify 11bad immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. 11bad will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except to the extent that the loss results directly from 11bad's negligence or system failure.
Account Suspension and Closure
11bad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached these Terms;
- The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
- The account holder has provided false registration information;
- The account holder is under the age of 18;
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed for cause, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard KYC verification is completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
11bad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may change over time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, 11bad reserves the right to suspend the account and return the funds to the originating payment account, minus any applicable handling charges.
The minimum deposit via MFS providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. 11bad does not impose a deposit processing fee, but your payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside 11bad's control.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative verified method may be used at 11bad's discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for MFS methods. Withdrawals are subject to KYC identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed on any account.
Under normal operating conditions, MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution. 11bad reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance process.
Currency
All transactions on the 11bad platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency and a conversion is applied, the exchange rate and any conversion fee applied will be visible in your transaction history. 11bad is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your payment provider or bank.
Anti-Money Laundering
11bad maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) procedures. All transactions on the platform are monitored. Where unusual transaction patterns are detected, 11bad may suspend account access and request enhanced documentation. Deposited funds must represent legitimate personal funds. 11bad is not a financial institution and the platform must not be used as a vehicle for currency exchange, fund storage unrelated to gambling activity, or any form of financial structuring.
Section 5
Bonus and Promotions Policy
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional offers from 11bad are available to eligible registered players. Eligibility for a specific offer may depend on your account status, deposit history, game activity, geographic region, or the specific promotional period. 11bad reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.
Wagering Requirements
Unless a specific offer states otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the specific offer terms. Only bets placed with eligible games at eligible contribution rates count toward satisfying a wagering requirement.
Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements are as follows unless a specific offer states otherwise:
- Slots — 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered
- Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) — 10% contribution per ৳1 wagered
- Sports betting — contribution rate as specified per offer
- Crash games — 50% contribution per ৳1 wagered
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expiry date, the bonus and any winnings attributable to the bonus will be forfeited from the account. Expiry periods are specified in each offer's individual terms and are visible in the Bonuses section of the player account dashboard.
Prohibited Bonus Strategies
The following practices constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in these practices will have bonus funds, associated winnings, and potentially the entire account balance voided:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same first-deposit or welcome offer more than once;
- Coordinating bets with another player ("bonus washing") to guarantee a mathematical profit regardless of outcome;
- Placing bets at extremely low risk (e.g., simultaneously betting on all outcomes in a live casino game) to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure;
- Using automated betting software or bots to meet wagering requirements.
Changes to Promotions
11bad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in and made a qualifying deposit will retain their bonus credit under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless fraud or abuse is detected.
Section 6
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games offered on the 11bad platform — including slots, live casino games, crash games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game's interface or within the sports betting platform. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account-level matters (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, account conduct); game providers' rules shall govern the outcome of individual rounds, bets, and decisions within the game itself.
RNG and Fair Play Certification
Slot games and virtual casino games available on 11bad use certified random number generators (RNG) that produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (return-to-player) percentages for all slot titles are available in each game's paytable or information panel. 11bad does not alter or interfere with game outcomes at the platform level.
Live Casino Games
Live casino games are operated by independent studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are conducted using physical cards, wheels, and equipment in regulated studio environments. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a disputed outcome, the studio provider's logs serve as the authoritative record of the game result, and 11bad will liaise with the provider on the player's behalf to resolve any valid dispute.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on 11bad are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, FIFA for football). In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 11bad's market settlement rules — available in the sports betting section of the platform — determine how open bets are handled.
Malfunctions and Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 11bad reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. 11bad will not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, or third-party service outages.
Any game outcome that results from a manifest error — including, but not limited to, an incorrectly posted odds line, a software display bug, or a data feed error — is void. 11bad reserves the right to correct such errors and recalculate affected outcomes. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid and will be removed from the affected account.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11bad platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds where applicable, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification request;
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or identity fraud;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker variants, or sports betting markets;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, mathematical loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains are subject to reversal;
- Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
- Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward 11bad staff via any support channel;
- Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or reverse engineering of platform software.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 11bad may take one or more of the following actions, proportionate to the severity of the breach: issue a formal warning, restrict betting or withdrawal functionality, suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account with forfeiture of bonus funds, or report the matter to law enforcement authorities. 11bad's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
11bad aims to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, and events outside 11bad's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 11bad will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible. 11bad shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of wagering opportunity or in-progress game interruption — caused by platform downtime outside 11bad's direct control.
No Warranty
The 11bad platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11bad disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, and non-infringement. 11bad does not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, that it will operate free of error, or that any defects will be corrected within a particular timeframe.
Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11bad's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your 11bad account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 11bad be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 11bad is incorporated as an offshore platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through 11bad's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the 11bad Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 11bad with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
